• Face Data: facial scan data, facial images, facial videos, depth data, and related raw scan data used for analysis and visualization.

• Usage Information: feature usage, session activity, and other operational interaction data.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services.
• Perform facial scanning, processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Regenerate results from retained raw scan data when applicable.
• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and technical support.
• Protect platform security and enforce agreements, policies, and terms.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

3. Face Data Collection, Storage, Sharing, and Retention

• We collect and process Face Data only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services.
• We do not sell Face Data.
• We do not share Face Data for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.
• We may retain certain raw facial scan data for up to 6 months to support service continuity and result regeneration.
• Retained raw scan data may be stored in secure cloud storage, including AWS S3.
• After retention expires, retained raw scan data is deleted or de-identified unless longer retention is required by law.

We may share personal information with service providers, affiliated entities, or business partners as necessary to operate services, and in legal or corporate transaction contexts as permitted by law.
